Below the information Anne Dubbelman (from Finland) gave me. It's a good extract of the two documents I found.
19 years old Aleksanteri and his family immigrated to Finland in 1943 and joined the Finnish army. After the war the Soviet Union claimed the Ingrian people to itself and sentenced Aleksanteri to 10 years of penalty camp in the other side of the Ural, in a place called Alkino. The climate was extremely harsh there and conditions were poor. However, Aleksanteri survived and was allowed to move to Estonia. He got married and supported his family as a carpenter. His mother, brother and sister lived in Finland, the elder sister lived in Ingria (near St. Petersburg). In 1992 Aleksanteri and his wife moved to Helsinki, Finland. His two sons stayed in Estonia. Even though the living conditions are much better than in Estonia, Aleksanteri still feels that Ingrian war veterans are treated like 2nd class veterans compared to the Finnish veterans.
